The sexual practice is not just one set of instructions. Cultivation of sexual energy for development of the spirit is considered one of the great benefits resulting from the practice of a larger system of internal energy cultivation. To practice the sexual system safely it is necessary to open certain channels of energy so that your energy centers will not become overloaded. Multiple Orgasm is not reached by one practice, it is the result of several practices which open up your internal energy channels so that sexual energy can be directed through certain channels of the body and transformed to vital energy. The direction and transformation of the sexual energy allows for more sexual energy to be produced without building up too much energy into the sexual center. When your whole body fills with this vital energy and when you have practiced the Testicle Breathing and Big Draw and when you have gained control of your internal muscles, then you are at the level where you can practice the multiple orgasm technique.
