ImageMaster Mantak Chia was named "Qigong Master of the Year" at the World Congress on Qigong (1990). Born in Bangkok, Thailand in 1944, Chia was recognized very early as having great potential for spiritual development, he was initiated into meditation practices by Buddhist monks at the age of 6. While studying in Hong Kong, he learned Tai Chi Chuan, Aikido and Kundalini Yoga from a variety of teachers. His pursuit of Taoist teachings lead him to meet the White Cloud Hermit, a Taoist Master originally from Central China, living at that time in the mountains not far from Hong Kong. Master Yi Eng was to become Master Mantak Chia's principal teacher.
 
Start with the DVDs in the "Basic Set"; first do the Inner Smile, then the Six Healing Sounds, then, optionally, the three remaining, expecially Morning Exercises .  Then, do the practices of Set 3, Cultivating Internal Energy, with Volume 19 first, then Iron Shirt, then Healing Love.  Make sure that you can feel the whole orbit flowing within your microcosmic orbit channel before practicing the Iron Shirt or Healing Love too much, but you can do all of them together.

The sexual practice is not just one set of instructions.  Cultivation of sexual energy for development of the spirit is considered one of the great benefits resulting from the practice of a larger system of internal energy cultivation.  To practice the sexual system safely it is necessary to open certain channels of energy so that your energy centers will not become overloaded.

Multiple Orgasm instructions are found throughout the five DVDs in the Healing Love Set.  To practice multiple orgasm, it is recommended by Master Chia to do Vol. 1 Inner Smile, Vol. 2 Six Healing Sounds, and Vol. 19, Awaken Healing Energy, and lastly, the Iron Shirt I practice, in conjunction with the Healing Love practices.  All of these are on DVDs at www.PacificTao.com.

Multiple Orgasm is not reached by one practice, it is the result of several practices which open up your internal energy channels so that sexual energy can be directed through certain channels of the body and transformed to vital energy.  The direction and transformation of the sexual energy allows for more sexual energy to be produced without building up too much energy into the sexual center.  When your whole body fills with this vital energy and when you have practiced the Testicle Breathing and Big Draw and when you have gained control of your internal muscles, then you are at the level where you can practice the multiple orgasm technique.

In Master Chia's original teaching system, you would normally take an eight hour class from him on Awakening Healing Energy, and then a six hour class on Iron Shirt and a six hour class on Healing Love.  Things have changed in the way the system is taught with the introduction of the multiorgasmic theory, but I think you will get the idea.  Multiple Orgasm is part of a very powerful internal energy system of the Taoist lineage, it takes time to learn the theory and time to learn and practice the techniques, then you will get the higher benefits.  The good aspect is that after you learn the theory and the practice, it doesn't take much time everyday to gain incredible benefits and experience and insights.
